Cancellation & Major Disruptive Events Policy:

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Weather, Natural Disasters & Major Disruptive Events

Our standard cancellation policy applies to weather-related events, natural disasters, and other circumstances that do not prevent occupancy of the property.

Weather conditions that are reasonably foreseeable for the location and season do not override the standard cancellation policy. This includes, but is not limited to, hurricanes and tropical storms in hurricane-prone areas during hurricane season; snow, ice, and winter storms in mountain or winter-weather areas; rain, thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, and other seasonal or regional weather conditions.

An exception will be made when an event directly affecting the property prevents the reservation from being fulfilled due to:

• A government-issued mandatory evacuation order, shelter-in-place order, or other government restriction that prohibits or prevents occupancy of the property during the reservation.
• The property becoming unsafe or uninhabitable due to severe weather, natural disaster, or another major disruptive event.
• A prolonged, widespread outage of essential utilities, such as electricity or water, affecting the property and preventing reasonable occupancy.

When one of these circumstances applies, guests will receive a refund for the portion of the reservation that cannot be used.

The following circumstances do not override the standard cancellation policy: weather forecasts, watches or warnings that do not result in one of the qualifying circumstances above; voluntary evacuation recommendations; snow, ice, hurricanes, tropical storms, rain, flooding or other weather conditions that do not prevent occupancy of the property; changes in travel plans; canceled or delayed flights; road closures or transportation disruptions outside the immediate area of the property; conditions affecting the guest's place of departure or travel route; illness or other personal circumstances; or cancellation of events, attractions, activities, ski operations, beaches, pools, or other amenities the guest planned to use.

Guests are responsible for considering seasonal and regional weather conditions when making a reservation. Guests who want additional protection against weather, travel interruptions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance appropriate for their needs. We do not provide or sell travel insurance.

Early departure due to weather, travel conditions, personal preference, or other circumstances that do not meet the qualifying conditions above does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.

Any refund, credit, date change, or other accommodation offered outside of this policy is at management's sole discretion and does not constitute a waiver of this policy or create an obligation to provide the same accommodation for any other reservation.
